As Eva Orue, Director of the Fair, says, in this edition, \u2018\u00abNew York illuminates the Fair\u00bb, and that light will allow us to read the city that never sleeps in Spanish\u2019 . On this occasion, the Book Fair opens its doors to New York, in a gesture that celebrates Spanish as a living, migrant and creative language on both sides of the Atlantic. The collaboration with the International Book Fair of the City of New York (FILNYC), young but vibrant, marks the encounter between two cities where Spanish is spoken, felt and transformed in infinite ways. On this occasion the New York that is written in Spanish takes on El Retiro: changing, hybrid, audacious\u2019.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
