Non-invasive manual technique that combines deep and slow manoeuvres with the aim of relaxing hypertonic musculature, dissolving contractures and myofascial trigger points, and improving blood and lymphatic flow. It is performed with oil or cream and progressive pressure adapted to the patient's tolerance, working layer by layer from the skin to the deep musculature.

Minimally painful invasive technique that involves inserting a sterile acupuncture needle directly into tense muscle bands. It provokes a muscular response, followed by immediate muscle relaxation, release of endogenous analgesic substances and improvement of range of motion. It is performed with strict aseptic technique and can be superficial or deep according to need.

An invasive, ultrasound-guided technique that applies a low-intensity galvanic current directly to degenerated soft tissue (tendon, ligament or muscle) using an acupuncture needle. It generates a controlled electrochemical reaction and focal inflammation that stimulates natural tissue regeneration. It is monitored in real time and is always performed under continuous ultrasound control for maximum precision and safety.

Invasive technique that consists of ultrasonographically locating a peripheral nerve and placing an acupuncture needle close to its location. A low-frequency, high-intensity electric current is then applied, which generates visible muscle contractions and tingling radiating along the nerve pathway. The aim is to regulate the excitability of the peripheral and central nervous system, restoring normal nerve conduction and reducing sensitisation.

Non-invasive application of high-frequency electromagnetic waves using capacitive and resistive electrodes that generate deep endogenous heat in soft, bone and joint tissues. It selectively increases local temperature, improves vascularisation, accelerates cell metabolism and favours the elimination of inflammatory catabolites.

Individual or small group sessions in a thermal pool at the Spa at 32-36 °C. Active exercises, passive mobilisations, assisted stretching or manual techniques are carried out, taking advantage of the physical properties of the water (buoyancy, resistance and hydrostatic pressure) and the therapeutic effects of the mineral-medicinal water (analgesic, anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant). All under constant supervision of the physiotherapist.

Non-invasive manual technique that assesses and treats the mechanics and physiology of the peripheral nervous system. Specific and progressive gliding and tensioning of the nerve is performed to restore its normal gliding capacity with respect to neighbouring structures (muscles, fascia, bones). It improves nerve conduction, reduces sensitisation and relieves symptoms such as tingling, burning or radiating pain when the nerve is compressed or inflamed. The session is gentle, controlled and always adapted to the irritability of the nerve to avoid adverse reactions.

Use of real-time ultrasound to visualise tendons, muscles, ligaments, nerves and joints. Allows precise assessment of the lesion and needle guidance in invasive techniques (EPI®, deep dry needling, neuromodulation) to reach exactly the affected point without touching healthy structures. Completely painless and radiation-free.

Personalised prescription and supervision of active exercises (strengthening, proprioception, motor control and postural re-education) adapted to the patient's recovery phase. This is carried out in the physiotherapy room or in the centre's gymnasium, with the aim of recovering strength, stability and normal movement patterns in order to return to daily or sporting activities without relapses.
