SOBAOS PASIEGOS MAKING WORKSHOP

“Sobaos Joselín”, a family business that has been in business for 76 years, is an example of a sustainable business in Cantabria, both for the three generations of artisan pasiegos, as well as for the development of a local product (known nationally), generating employment and spreading the gastronomic culture of Cantabria.
To this end, at its modern headquarters in Selaya, it offers workshops on how to make “sobaos pasiegos”, where the secrets of these famous artisan products are taught step by step.
To attend this fun Sobaos making workshop you must book in advance, with limited seating capacity. Sobaos Joselín’s own staff will teach you the secret of artisan preparation.
The workshop lasts approximately 2 hours and can be done by both adults and children.
